Dr. Richard E. Greer, BS, PharmD, RPh

Dr. Richard E. Greer, BS, PharmD, RPh is a licensed pharmacist and certified medical marijuana practitioner through the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Dr. Greer graduated from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA with a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. While completing his doctorate, Dr. Greer served as class president for 4 years, was a member of the prestigious Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity and served on numerous student advisory committees.

Industry Expertise:

As a clinical medical marijuana pharmacist, Dr. Greer strategically implements his pharmaceutical expertise and medical marijuana industry experience working directly with patients and pharmacists to create a comfortable dispensary environment. Dr. Greer serves as the Pharmacy Director for Solevo Wellness – a multi-dispensary medical marijuana company based in Pittsburgh, PA where he is responsible for the smooth operation of the pharmacy department. Dr. Greer is an active member of the International Society of Cannabis Pharmacists (ISCPh) on the finance committee, a faculty member of the Pennsylvania Pain Society, a study leader at Carnegie Mellon University, and a member of Doctors for Cannabis Regulation. In addition to his director duties, Dr. Greer is a sought-after speaker and educator who has spoken at multiple universities, medical societies, hospitals, and healthcare organizations regarding medical marijuana and wellness. Dr. Greer’s professional experiences include implementing clinical protocols, patient counseling, management, education and training, multidisciplinary clinical outreach, and advocacy.
